Every business will soon have a voice AI agent

The voice AI market is evolving quickly. These agents will no longer just answer questions. By connecting to the tools a business already uses, they will schedule appointments, provide information, log requests, and transfer a call to a person when needed.
But let me say this upfront: I do not enjoy talking to robots either. Whenever possible, I would rather speak to a real person.
Most of the time, though, the alternatives look like this:
- A phone that no one answers
- A recording that announces the business hours and hangs up
- Endless “press 1, press 2” menus
That is when I want an option—even if it is a robot—that lets me ask questions, understands what I need, and gives me an answer.
This matters especially for small businesses in the service sector. If you do not have the budget to employ someone to answer the phone, you have to take the calls yourself. That means being interrupted constantly while serving your customers.
Even if you have an employee, no one can work around the clock. Once the workday ends, you often do not know who called, why they called, or which opportunities you missed.
That is why I built CallsReady.
With CallsReady, which is currently in beta, businesses can:
- Create their own voice AI agents.
- Use the voice model they prefer.
- Connect to more than 1,500 apps and integrations.
- Use global carriers as well as Turkish carriers such as Netgsm and Verimor.
- Forward incoming calls from an existing business or personal mobile number to their own agent.

Forward your phone to it, share its public link on social media, or connect it directly to your own product through the API.
My goal is not to replace human communication completely. It is to keep businesses reachable when a person cannot get to the phone. Voice AI is still at the beginning of its journey, but with every new model it becomes more natural, more capable, and more useful.
