This explains what CallsReady collects, why, and what you can do about it. The data controller is Enes Demirağ (sole proprietor), Beykoz Tax Office, VKN 2790355185. Questions and requests: support@callsready.com.

What we collect

Why we collect it

We do not sell your data. We do not use your call content or agent configuration to train AI models.

Who processes it with us

To make a call work, parts of the data reach these providers:

How long we keep it

Calls, transcripts and recordings are kept until you delete them. You can delete a single call or all of them from the dashboard at any time, and deleting a call deletes its transcript and recording with it. Deleting your account closes it and pauses your agents; we keep payment and invoice records for the period Turkish tax law requires.

Your rights

Under KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or get a copy. The dashboard already lets you export your account data and delete your account yourself. For anything else, email support@callsready.com and we will answer within 30 days.

AI assistant connections

You can connect an assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Cursor. It acts on your account only after you approve it in the browser. Setup is at callsready.com/mcp.

Categories

The assistant can receive agent settings, call records and transcripts, phone numbers, and your balance. It does not receive card numbers, passwords or API keys.

Purpose

So the assistant can configure your inbound voice agents and report on calls, when you ask it to.

Recipients

Those tool results go to the assistant's own provider, under that provider's terms. CallsReady stores the client name, the hashes of the access and refresh tokens, and when the connection was last used.

Retention

CallsReady keeps that connection record until you disconnect it. What the assistant's provider keeps is governed by its own policy.

User control

Disconnect from Settings → Developer Tools. Deleting the connected app stops the assistant immediately.

Callers on your line

When someone calls your number, you are the controller of that conversation and we process it for you. Telling callers that they are speaking to an AI and that the call may be recorded is your responsibility. See the Recording and Retention Notice.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Recordings sit in access-controlled storage and are served through short-lived signed links. Access to production is limited to the operator named above.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will say so on this page and email account holders. Continuing to use CallsReady after a change means you accept the updated policy.
